VIP Investor Experience: terms
What you are buying, what it costs, how you get it, and your rights, in plain English.

These terms apply when you buy the VIP Investor Experience. By buying it you agree to them. Nothing in them takes away any legal right you have as a consumer.
Who we are
The VIP Investor Experience is sold by The Trade Tribe Investments Ltd ("The Trade Tribe", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 14038646, registered office Unit 1, Cam Centre, Wilbury Way, Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG4 0TW. We are VAT registered: VAT number GB425961872.

What you are buying
The VIP Investor Experience is a one-time digital product: an interactive online experience made up of the Time Freedom Blueprint, the Wealth Horizon Simulator, a priority question for Ben's live Q&A and a personal Blueprint page you can save or print.
Your free masterclass place is separate. It is yours whether or not you buy, and these terms do not affect it.
Price and payment
The price is £17.00 including VAT (£14.17 plus £2.83 VAT). It is a one-off payment: there is no subscription, nothing renews, and we do not save your card. You can pay by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe sends a receipt for your payment to the email address on your registration.
Access and delivery
Access starts straight away. As soon as your payment goes through you are taken into the experience online, and we also email you a personal link so you can go back to it. Your link works until 14 days after your masterclass.
The personal link reopens the tools. Your answers and figures are kept only in your own browser, so save or print your Blueprint before you close the page.
You need a device with a web browser and an internet connection. There is nothing to install.
Your link is personal to you, so keep it private. So that it cannot be widely shared, up to five different browsers or devices can start using it in any one week, and a browser that is already using it keeps working. If it ever pauses, reply to your VIP email and we will sort it out.
Your right to cancel, and when it ends
Normally you have 14 days to cancel an online purchase for a refund. That is your right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The VIP Investor Experience is digital content that starts straight away, so the law lets you choose to have it start immediately, as long as you expressly agree and understand that you give up the 14-day right once it has started. At checkout you tick a box to confirm exactly that. It says:
I want my VIP access to start straight away. I understand that once it has started I can no longer cancel for a refund under the 14-day cooling-off rule.
You cannot buy without ticking the box. Once your access has started you can no longer cancel for a refund under the 14-day rule. We confirm your agreement to this in your VIP email, which we send you after you buy.
This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with it, below.
If something is wrong with it
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If the VIP Investor Experience is not, for example it does not work or it is not what we said it was, you have the legal remedies that Act gives you. Depending on the problem, these can include having it repaired or replaced and, if that does not put things right, a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
If something is wrong, email ben@thetradetribe.com with what has happened and the email address you registered with. We will respond within a reasonable time.
What it is not
The VIP Investor Experience is education only. It is not financial advice or a personal recommendation, and it does not tell you what to buy.
The Wealth Horizon Simulator uses the figures you choose. It is illustrative. It is not a forecast, and it is not a projection of the results of any strategy, including VAX, or of any Trade Tribe member.
Investing carries risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you put in.
Your priority question
You can send Ben one question for his live Q&A. Ben reads every VIP question before the session, VIP questions are prioritised, and every VIP question is answered live. You can change your question until 2 hours before the masterclass starts.
Please do not include account numbers or other sensitive details in it.
Using the experience
It is for your own personal use. Please do not share your access link, and do not copy the content or pass it on for resale. The limit on browsers and devices under Access and delivery is there to stop the link being widely shared, not to stop you using it on your own devices.
Privacy
How we use your personal data, including your payment reference and your priority question, is explained in our privacy policy. The figures and answers you enter into the Blueprint and the Simulator stay in your browser and are not sent to us. The only things we receive are the question you choose to send to Ben and the random browser identifier that lets us apply the limit on browsers and devices, both explained in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, you also keep any consumer rights the law of your home nation gives you, and nothing here takes them away.
