Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as they need it to provide their service to us. These include our website hosting and form provider, our analytics provider, and our email and webinar platforms. All are required to keep your data secure and to use it only on our instructions.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or in connection with the sale or reorganisation of our business. Reviews you choose to leave on Trustpilot are governed by Trustpilot's own privacy notice.

Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Where your data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations, so that your data remains protected.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out above, and generally no longer than two years after our last meaningful contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve a dispute. We then delete it or anonymise it securely.
